Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused, abused, or used in violation of these Terms.

You keep ownership of diary entries, goals, chat messages, and other content you provide. You grant DiraX permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service according to our Privacy Policy and your consent choices.

You are responsible for the content you enter into the service. Do not enter content that infringes others' rights or that you are not authorized to provide.

DiraX uses artificial intelligence to analyze entries, generate comments, summaries, feedback, transcriptions, and companion chat responses. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or not suited to your personal circumstances.

You should review AI-generated content critically and not rely on it as a sole source for important decisions.

DiraX is not a therapist, clinician, doctor, emergency service, crisis service, or substitute for professional medical or mental health care. AI companions and generated feedback are for journaling support and self-reflection only.

If you may harm yourself or others, or if you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Available billing cycles include monthly and yearly Premium plans.

Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium access until that date. Monthly plans are not eligible for a prorated or money-back refund after a successful charge.

Yearly subscriptions — 14-day money-back guarantee: If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the current yearly billing period, we cancel the subscription immediately and issue a full refund of that period's payment. After those 14 days, yearly subscriptions cannot be canceled in-app for the remainder of the paid year.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

You may not use DiraX to break the law, abuse the service, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious content, harass others, or attempt to extract other users' data.

You may not use AI outputs to provide professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice to others without appropriate qualification and review.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data, including diary content, AI processing, transcription, analytics, and account deletion.

By using DiraX, you acknowledge that AI features require processing your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI outputs, or that the service will meet every need.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiraX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If changes are material, we will update this page and may provide additional notice.
