DiraX Legal
Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how DiraX uses cookies and similar technologies. It separates cookies needed to run the service from optional analytics tools that require consent.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, and scripts used to remember preferences, keep you signed in, measure usage, or protect the service.
2. Strictly Necessary Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are required for authentication, session management, security, routing, and basic interface behavior. These include Supabase authentication/session cookies and UI cookies such as sidebar state.
Because these cookies are necessary for the service to function, they are not optional through the cookie banner.
3. Optional Analytics
With your consent, we may use PostHog to understand product usage, page views, interactions, and performance. We use this information to improve the product.
PostHog should only load after you opt in through the cookie banner. You can reject non-essential analytics cookies and still use the core service.
4. Session Replay
PostHog session replay is disabled. We do not intentionally record full product sessions through PostHog replay.
5. Managing Preferences
You can accept all optional analytics, reject non-essential analytics, or manage preferences through the cookie banner. Your choice is stored so we do not ask on every visit.
If you clear browser cookies or use another device, you may need to choose your preferences again.
6. Retention
We aim to store cookie consent choices for about six months before asking again. Provider cookies may have their own lifetimes, which can change depending on provider configuration.
7. Changes
We may update this policy if we add or remove cookies, analytics tools, or tracking technologies.
