Beta Testing Agreement

You are a tester, not a customer. Access is temporary, personal, and revocable at any time without notice. We may change, break, reset, or shut down the beta whenever we want.

There is no promise that the product will launch, keep your data, or look like what you see today.

Everything you see, hear, or receive in this beta is confidential. That includes the product, UI, features, copy, bugs, performance, invite codes, internal names, and any conversation about the beta.

You must not screenshot, screen-record, photograph, film, livestream, or otherwise capture the product. You must not copy, download, or redistribute UI, text, videos, or other materials except as needed to use the beta yourself.

You must not share, post, publish, leak, or describe the beta to anyone who is not an authorized tester. That includes social media, group chats, blogs, reviews, forums, employers, press, and other products.

You must not share your invite code or account. Breach of this NDA is material. We may terminate access immediately and pursue any remedies available by law.

THE BETA IS PROVIDED AS-IS, AS-AVAILABLE, WITH ALL FAULTS. It will have bugs. Features will fail. Data, diaries, chats, goals, files, and settings may be corrupted, delayed, exposed internally, or permanently deleted without warning.

We do not warrant that the beta is fit for any purpose, secure, accurate, uninterrupted, or recoverable. Do not put in information you cannot afford to lose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIRAX AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS: data loss, lost time, lost profits, emotional distress, device issues, or any other damage arising from the beta, even if we were told it might happen. WE DO NOT OWE YOU MONEY. There is no refund, credit, service credit, or compensation of any kind.

You use the beta at your sole risk. Your only remedy is to stop using it.

For this beta we collect your email address and login-related logs (for example sign-in time, success/failure, and invite-code use) solely to operate and secure the test.

We do not sell this information. We use it only to run the beta, prevent abuse, and communicate with testers about the test. Diary content you choose to write may still be processed to make the product work during the test, and may be deleted when the beta ends.

This page is the privacy notice for the beta. It is intentionally minimal.

This beta involves no payment, no subscription charge, no fees, and no purchase. Premium-like access during the beta is a test configuration, not a paid plan and not a guarantee of future pricing.

Nothing on this page is an offer to sell, a consumer contract for paid services, or a billing agreement.

Checking the agreement box at sign-in is your electronic signature. You confirm you are authorized to accept these terms and that you will follow the NDA.
